Saying thank you for wedding gifts at Gifts By the Stars
100% Money Back Guarantee
First introduced to astrology by her grandmother when she was 12 years old, at 15, Elizabeth Ball was casting horoscopes for her friends who wanted to know if they were compatible with the boys they liked! At 23 she began a three-year stint of writing the monthly horoscope column for The Nippon View magazine for ex-pats in Japan. While working full-time in the publishing and marketing industries, she continued to do charts for friends and families – and write astrology-related articles – never considering it was possible to turn her passion for astrology into a business.
Elizabeth created a beautiful compatibility report for a friend who was getting married, and after people kept raving about it and the reports she'd also made for their children, realised that personalised astrology reports would make wonderful gifts for a range of gift-giving occasions.
In September 2005, Elizabeth began to create her high quality LoveStars and BabyStars reports, and in December 2006, she launched the It’s In The Stars website. Since 2005, she has produced hundreds of LoveStars and BabyStars reports as personalised gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, blended families, bon voyage, Christmas, christenings, dating couples, engagements, Mothers Day, new babies, Valentines Day and weddings! Today the reports are sold through more than 25 gift websites in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Elizabeth has been interviewed on Sydney radio by Sonia Kruger and Todd McKenney on Mix 106.5FM, profiled in The Sunday Telegraph, and has had her reports featured in a number of Australian magazines and newspaper liftouts. Most recently she was interviewed by Kevin Turner on 4BC and 2UE regarding a survey on whether real estate agents thank homebuyers with gifts.
In 2008 she was a mentor at Macquarie University in the Young Achievement Australia program. Since 2009 Elizabeth has launched her blog about gifts, called Gifts By The Stars and created her Twitter profile, launched her astrology phone consultation service and spoken with mothers about their children's charts at the Bickies and BabyStars morning tea at O Cafe in Surry Hills. She writes the regular horoscope column in the monthly newsletter for the Fast Impressions speed dating company and the Shopping By The Stars column for fashion stylist Style Angel. Elizabeth partnered with leading floral delivery service Roses Only to create a beautiful gift hamper containing long-stemmed roses with a BabyStars or LoveStars boxed gift certificate. She was hired to speak at the Teacher Housing Authority of NSW annual conference on Tenants By The Stars in August 2009, presented at the Double Bay Probus Club in November and recently presented a second talk to the club members in January 2010.
