How to order your reports

1. Select your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ gift report. Register your details as a new customer on the Your Details page. Click Next Step.

2. On the Report Details page, enter the first name, surname, gender, date, time (if applicable), city and country of birth. If your town is not listed, please select the next largest city to it. Click Next Step.

3. Check your report details carefully on the Order Details page. If any of your details are incorrect, please click Edit Details to correct.

3a. If you have a gift certificate code, enter it and click Recalculate, which will activate the discount and recalculate the new amount.

3b. Fill out your shipping address. Click Next Step.

4. On the Purchase page, fill out your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard). Click Buy Now.

Once your credit card payment has been approved, you will be emailed a receipt and your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ gift report will arrive via Express Post within 2-5 days.

If you, your partner or your child was born overseas, you enter the actual birthtime for that city and country. So for example, if you were born in London, England at 3am, but now live in Sydney, Australia you enter 3am, London, England, not the equivalent birthtime for Sydney, Australia.

If you don’t know the time of birth for the LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, select "Birth time unknown". Your report will be produced basing the time of birth at noon but this is not as accurate and detailed as reports with birth times supplied, so it will be up to 15 pages shorter, and will therefore cost less.

When you buy the LoveStars or BabyStars gift reports, you can send them back to yourself or directly to the recipient. The Express Post package does not contain any invoices (these are emailed to you when you order) and the It's In The Stars brochure inside does not contain any price lists. The reports are packaged in protective bubble wrap sleeves to prevent damage. As well, each gift report comes with a handwritten greeting card. A gift wrapping option will be available soon.

Your LoveStars or BabyStars report is designed to give you better understanding of yourself and your partner, or your child. Obviously it's great to know about all the positive stuff, and you'll definitely find that in each report, but of course, every relationship and every child has their particular weaknesses and those that exist will also be in your report. By reading your report and discovering what these weaknesses are, you can create a conversation with your partner to address or minimise the problems. The best way you can improve any relationship, and to help your children to have a happy, successful life, is to have total understanding of all the issues that exist. Yes, it might be a little confronting, but your report will make it so much easier to understand where they're coming from.

If you have received a LoveStars or BabyStars gift certificate:
* Fill out your customer details
* Fill out the birth details for your report
* Fill out your shipping address
* Fill out the unique gift certificate code to recalculate the amount owing (if any). Please note that your gift certificate is valid for one use only.
* Your report will be delivered within 2-5 working days by Express Post.

If you received a LoveStars gift certificate, you can redeem it towards a BabyStars report if you wish. In the same way, if you received a BabyStars gift certificate, you can use it for a LoveStars report.

If your gift certificate has not been used and it is before the expiry date, you can give your LoveStars or BabyStars gift certificate to another person for him or her to use towards a LoveStars or BabyStars report. Please note: your gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you have a $20 gift certificate code, enter it at the checkout stage. This will activate your discount, and will recalculate the new lower amount owing.

If your promotional voucher code ends in a six digit date ie 311209 (an expiry date of 31 December 2009), while you can use the discount only once per transaction, you may purchase as many reports as you like, until the expiry date.

If you would prefer to pay for your report by electronic funds transfer, cheque or Paypal, contact us to arrange it. Once your funds clear, your report will be Express Posted to you.

Yes. If you’re not absolutely 100% satisfied with your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, simply return your report to It’s In The Stars, PO Box 585, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia within 30 days, and we’ll cheerfully refund your money.
