Info on subscribing, ordering reports, gift certificates

It depends on what email option you tick.

Birthday emails - 1 x birthday offer email per year and that's it.
Surveys and special offers - 1-2 x emails/per month.
It's In The Stars newsletter - 3 x emails on sign-up (1 x request to whitelist our address, 1 x monthly newsletter, and 1 x 2010 forecast) then at most 3 emails/month being the newsletter on the 1st, plus 1 or 2 survey/special offer emails. And 1 x birthday email per year. That's it.

If you subscribed with an AOL, Bigpond, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook or Yahoo email address you will need to add us to your whitelist/safe sender list to ensure you receive your newsletters.

1. Select your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ gift report. Register your details as a new customer on the Your Details page.

2. On the Report Details page, enter the first name, surname, gender, date, time (if applicable), city and country of birth. If your town is not listed, please select the next largest city to it.

3. Check your report details on the Order Details page and click Edit Details to correct. If you have a gift certificate code, enter it and click Recalculate, to activate the discount and recalculate the new amount. Fill out your shipping address.

4. On the Purchase page, pay by Visa or Mastercard. Click Buy Now.

Once your payment has been approved, you will be emailed a receipt and your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ gift report will arrive via Express Post within 2 days (for Australian orders) to 5 days (for international orders).

If you, your partner or your child was born overseas, you enter the actual birthtime for that city and country. So for example, if you were born in London, England at 3am, but now live in Sydney, Australia you enter 3am, London, England, not the equivalent birthtime for Sydney, Australia.

If you don’t know the time of birth for the LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, select "Birth time unknown". Your report will be produced basing the time of birth at noon but this is not as accurate and detailed as reports with birth times supplied, so it will be up to 15 pages shorter, and will therefore cost less.

Your LoveStars or BabyStars report is packaged in a protective bubble wrap sleeve to prevent damage. Sent in an Express Post envelope, your package contains no invoice (this is emailed to you upon ordering) nor any brochures with prices. Each hardcover report comes with a handwritten greeting card.

If it is a gift (for say a baby shower or a bridal shower) for which you don't know the birthtimes, why not give them a LoveStars or BabyStars boxed gift certificate which they can redeem for their own report.

Yes. If you’re not absolutely 100% satisfied with your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, simply return your report to It’s In The Stars, PO Box 585, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia within 30 days, and we’ll cheerfully refund your money.

If your BabyStars or LoveStars gift certficate from Roses Only has expired, please contact us with your gift certificate code and contact details to receive a new code.

* Enter your customer details
* Enter the birth details for your report
* Enter your shipping address
* Enter the gift certificate code to recalculate the amount owing (if any).
* Your report will be delivered within 2-5 working days by Express Post.

If you received a LoveStars gift certificate, you can definitely redeem it towards a BabyStars report, and if you received a BabyStars gift certificate, you can use it for a LoveStars report.

Yes - if your gift certificate is unused and has not expired, you can give your LoveStars or BabyStars gift certificate to someone else. Please note: your gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.

If it says the gift certificate code is invalid, please try substituting a lower case letter L ("l") for the number one ("1") or vice versa when you type the code in. They do look very similar!
