How often will you email me if I subscribe to the newsletter?
It depends on what email option you tick:
Birthday emails – 1 x birthday offer email per year and that’s it.
Surveys and special offers - 1-2 x emails/per month.
It’s In The Stars newsletter - 3 x emails on sign-up (1 x welcome email, 1 x monthly newsletter, and 1 x 2011 forecast) then at most 3 emails/month being the newsletter on the 1st, plus 1 or 2 survey/special offer emails. And 1 x birthday email per year. That’s it.
I signed up for the newsletter but I’m not getting my emails?
The newsletter is an opt-in list only so you will have received a confirmation email when you signed up. You need to click the confirmation link in this email to receive your newsletters.
If you subscribed with an AOL, Bigpond, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook or Yahoo email address, please add us to your Contacts OR Whitelist OR Safe Sender list to receive your newsletters. Please note: some ISPs will not send emails to addresses starting with info@, sales@, marketing@, mail@, support@, accounting@, or billing@ due to the anti-spam legislation. You will need to provide your direct email address.
How do I buy a LoveStars or BabyStars report?
1. Select your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report.
2. Enter the first name, middle name, surname, gender, date, time, city, state (if applicable) and country of birth. If your town is not listed, please select the next largest city to it.
3. Confirm your report details.
4. Enter your shipping address.
5. At checkout, click the Paypal, Visa or Mastercard button.*
6. Once your payment has been approved, please return to www.itsinthestarsonline.com to complete the processing your order.
7. You will then receive an emailed receipt for your order.
8. Your LoveStars and BabyStars reports include a bonus 5-minute telephone conversation with astrologer Elizabeth Ball to help you understand anything in your report. Once your report has been sent, Elizabeth will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

I want to find out about my relationship but my partner’s not into astrology?

Will my report say anything negative at all?
Yes – it won’t all be sugar-coated! Your report is designed to give you better understanding of yourself and your partner, or your child. Obviously it’s great to know about all the positive stuff, which is always in each report, but every relationship and every child has their particular weaknesses and negative aspects and those that exist will also be in your report.

Are BabyStars reports only for babies?
No. BabyStars reports are designed for parents of children ranging from newborns through to 16-year-olds. Every child is always their parent’s “baby”!
Are LoveStars reports only for straight couples?

I was born overseas. What birth time do I enter?
If you, your partner or your child was born overseas, you enter the actual birth time for that city and country. So for example, if you were born in London, England at 3am, but now live in Sydney, Australia you enter 3am, London, England, not the equivalent birth time for Sydney, Australia.
I don’t know my birth time or their birth time?
If you don’t know the birth time for the LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, select the “No Birth Time” option. Your report will be produced with a birth time of noon (12pm) – halfway through the day. This is not as accurate and detailed as reports with birth times supplied, so it will be up to 15 pages shorter, and will therefore cost less.
Do I enter my married or maiden surname?
It’s your choice but whatever surname you enter in the LoveStars birth details section will appear on the cover sheet and chart page.
Can I use my nickname instead?
Whatever first name you enter will appear throughout the report. So if your first name is Katherine, but you prefer to be called Kate, enter “Kate” in the first name field.
My partner and I have the same first name – won’t that make it confusing?
You may be with someone who has the same first name as yourself, whether they’re the same or opposite sex, for example, Michael is dating another Michael, Nick has fallen for Nick, Chris is married to a Chris, Pat is engaged to Pat – and so on.
In cases like these, if you order a LoveStars report, please use the full version of your name ie Michael, Nicholas, or Christine for one of you, and the shorter version for the other, such as Mike, Nikki or Chris. Why? It will make it much easier to work out who is being referred to in your report!
What if I mis-type someone’s name, address or birth details?
You will have to check your order details carefully before you finalise payment as it is your responsibility to provide the correct details. I’m an astrologer – not a psychic! (Not that there’s anything wrong with that.)
I’m buying the luxury hardcover report as a gift. How is it sent?
Your LoveStars or BabyStars report is packaged in a cardboard sleeve within a protective white biodegradable bubble wrap envelope to prevent damage. Sent in an Express Post envelope, your package contains no invoice (this is emailed to you upon ordering) nor any brochures with prices. Each hardcover report comes with a handwritten greeting card (you can provide the message you want, too).
If it is a gift for a baby shower or a bridal shower for which you don’t know the birthtimes, give them a LoveStars or BabyStars boxed gift certificate which they can redeem for their own report.
How long does a luxury hardcover report take to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for reports to be Express Posted within Australia and 3-5 business days for reports to be Express Posted overseas.
I want this delivered same-day in Melbourne – can you do it?
Yes! If you order your luxury LoveStars or BabyStars report or boxed gift certificate by 3pm on any weekday, it will be delivered on the same day to Melbourne metropolitan street addresses via courier. This is a free same-day delivery service for Melbourne orders only, to begin with.

What are the delivery times for the gift baskets?

What do I need for the DIY Kits?
You need the birth details of the couple or child, a laser printer (the hole-punched paper will not print on an inkjet or dot matrix printer) and a flat-head screwdriver to bind the BabyStars or LoveStars reports together. Each kit contains enough sheets for you to make the report, plus a couple extra for you to print a photo of the happy couple or baby and/or a personal message on the front page.
What payment options do you have?
You can pay via:
* Australian bank cheque or money order – send your payment to PO Box 585, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia with the birth details and shipping address for your order to be sent to
* online at checkout via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard
* over the phone via our EFTPOS terminal on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Diners Club credit cards or on your debit (savings) account
* by prior arrangement using electronic funds transfer (EFT) to our bank account.

A few of us want to contribute part payments towards a group gift. Can we do that?
Yes. Simply contact us to tell us what item you wish to purchase as a group gift. We can arrange part-payments via electronic banking (EFT), Australian bank cheque or money order, or through our EFTPOS terminal with your Visa, Mastercard credit or debit card. Each member can make their payment/s towards the group gift using their payment of choice. Once the item has been fully paid for, we will send it to the group gift organiser or the gift recipient.
Do I have to set up an account?
No. There’s no login or password to purchase products or to sign up for the free monthly newsletter, either. Yay!
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes. You automatically receive an invoice via email and you can print the receipt page you see after your purchase has been completed.
Can you include a greeting card message?
Yes. All products (luxury reports, email reports, gift certificates, gift baskets and phone consultations) allow you to write your own gift (card) message to your lucky recipient!
Do you have a 100% money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not absolutely 100% satisfied with your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, simply return your report to It’s In The Stars, PO Box 585, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia within 30 days, and we’ll cheerfully refund your money.
How do I redeem my BabyStars or LoveStars gift certificate?
* Select the product you’d like to redeem it for
* Enter your customer details
* Enter the birth details for your report (if applicable)
* Enter your shipping address
* Enter the gift certificate code to recalculate the amount owing (if any).
Can I redeem my gift certificate for any product at It’s In The Stars?
Yes.
Is there an expiry date on the gift certificates?
No. You can redeem them at your leisure. This makes them a great gift option for someone who is about to have a baby or for a couple getting married.
Can I give my gift certificate to someone else?
Yes. Please note: your gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.
It says my gift certificate is invalid but it hasn’t been used?
Please try substituting a lower case letter L (“l”) for the number one (“1″) or vice versa when you type the code in. They do look very similar!
