Whether you’re a Quirky Single or have been married for eons, it’s unlikely your attitude towards relationships will remain the same after this month with Venus in your solar seventh house of relationships until the 7th, Mercury until the 11th and the Sun until the 23rd.

The month kicks off without delay on the 1st, with a solar eclipse occurring the same time as the New Moon. This has the effect of making it next to virtually impossible to continue the same-old, same-old way in your relationship. If you are in any way unhappy with your partner – or not especially thrilled about being single – a big change may occur this month. You could decide to split up, get engaged, marry, get counselling, or finally get to meet The One. Fantastic days to get your heart’s desire, aided in some powerful, possibly unseen way by your Merrie Band of (Wo)Men Friends include the 5th, 9th and 21st. If you’re happy and you know it (clap your hands) – no seriously, if the relationship thing doesn’t apply to you, you could also use this month’s positive energy to create a powerful business partnership (which is also ruled by the seventh house). However, take care you’re not unwittingly blinded by love or lies (or fall for someone you shouldn’t) on the 6th, 15th and Full Moon of the 16th. By the way, if the 1st gave you insight that things needed to change on the relationship front, if you tried to ignore it, you won’t be able to by the 16th.

Whether you’re in the middle of breaking up, making up or shacking up, discussions about love and money will be almost unavoidable this month with five planets in your solar eighth house of shared resources. These include Mars until the 20th, Venus from the 7th, Mercury from the 11th, the Sun from the 23rd and Saturn until October 2009. Pooling money with others, creating win-win deals and making maximum use of your little black book contact list are ideal on the 13th, 15th, 17th (in the morning) 18th, 21st and from the New Moon of the 31st. Don’t get involved in money arguments on the 6th and 23rd and take care mixing money with friends on the 17th (from lunchtime), 28th and 29th.
