Librans are the master networkers – you know how to get people on side. Just like a master politician (hellooooo Ms Gillard), you have no problem knowing how to work the phones, email, text, blog and make appointments with go-getters.

With the Sun in your solar tenth house of career until 22 July, joined by Mercury until 9 July, the best days for contacting VIPs to get their considered advice (and who can resist being asked for their advice?!) are 1, 9 and 10 July. I suspect that you may have created a new role for yourself following the New Moon of 11 July. If you mention what you’re after jobwise(!), these people may have some verrrrry useful contacts!

When was the last time you had a truly glamorous date with your partner? That recently? OK, well, time to do it all over again! Venus will be in your solar eleventh house of friends and group activities until 11 July, with Mercury joining the party from 9 July, and the Sun from 22 July. Glam up to the nines and play “Remember when we first met?” games with your Significant Other, making sure that the restaurant you book is child-free, the lighting is low, the flowers are fragrant, the music is seductive and you both smell and look soooooo good on 9, 11, 22 and 23 July. Falling in love all over again is optional.

You may however (be disappointed to) cancel date night plans on 8, 20 and 26 July. These dates, but especially 26 July (a Full Moon), which always lets the loonies out and for Librans, may make or break your plans to have another child. You could feel alternately delighted by your partner and disillusioned with your kids. If you need moral support, bring along a few of your most upbeat mates to distract the rugrats.

Venus slinks into your solar twelfth house of secrets on 11 July, joining Saturn there until 21 July, Mars until 30 July, and Mercury from 27 July You could be thrilled with a discovery relating to your family or home on 13 and 30 July. Not everyone will find an old Monet in the attic but perhaps you have more equity than you thought or you find a buyer who wants to make an offer before the auction. Others could be delighted with a confidential discussion relating to their property’s value or ability to borrow. Or a loved one might agree to give you access to their fancy holiday house in return for babysitting duties etc.

Once Saturn enters your solar first house of personality on 21 July, joined by Mars on 30 July, you could feel like you’re 100 years old on 26, 30 and 31 July. The weight of responsibilities could make you feel like a nitpicky hausfrau  while your partner gets to play a dashing 007 or whatever. He or she could be busting for freedom while you’re there, sullenly reminding them of what has to happen.

With Uranus and Jupiter both going retrograde in your solar seventh house of relationships from 5 and 23 July respectively. Your (business) partner – or your kids – could be greedy and demanding on 25 July, forcing you to play dictator at home, which is a role you hate. Unfortunately it could feel like you’re having a rehash of old relationship issues for a few more weeks.
